HOW TO ASK FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Go to the "Order History and Details" section of your customer account.

Select the items you want to exchange or return. Remember that the items must be in perfect condition and with the original labels.

On the next business day, we will accept returns that are correct and send you confirmation that the return has been accepted.

HOW TO SCHEDULE COLLECTION

Prepare the parcel with the items and close it properly.

GLS is the company responsible for collecting your return free of charge. They will contact you by email indicating the day and time when they will make the collection.

When we receive the items, we will proceed with the refund using the same method you used to pay for the order.
