October is usually the month of the year when we decide to include new lifestyle habits, followed by January (after the Christmas holidays), so this is the time when the most gym memberships are registered and other activities related to sport and healthy living.
Summer is always a time of excesses in which we skip the diet day in and day out, which makes it easy to gain some kilo than others during the most idle days of the year.
