New year's resolutions: sport

Christmas has passed, also did the big meals and 2020 is here. We usually take this beginning as an incentive to make things better, and from here our New Year's resolutions are born.

One of the main purposes is starting with sport: being more active is one of the healthiest habits, improving our physical form and many times our self-esteem. But ... how can we make this purpose last beyond February?

Here are some tips and also the best socks to carry out any physical activity that you propose:

  1. Start progressively: don't try to be the fastest or the strongest on the first day, or don't try to go to the gym 7 days a week if you've never been before. If you do so, you will probably get frustrated and bored abandoning your purpose.
  2. Find the activity that motivates you: Go running? Yoga? Weightlifting? Swimming? Not all activities are made for everyone. Find the one you really enjoy and surely it will not cost you to take the habit.
