The power of colour

Color influences our well-being, as it transmits the necessary energy according to the moment. Everyone knows the power that color exerts on people's mood and the psychological and therapeutic effects it causes.

Chrome therapy, better known as the therapy of color, is an alternative therapy that claims that light or environments that have a certain color are useful for treating mood disorders, helping to improve people's mental and physical health. According to chromotherapy, colors influence emotions, restore imbalances and lead to the healing of certain disorders. They have the ability to modify the vibrations of the body and thus improve its condition.

Each of the seven colors of the spectrum corresponds to one of the seven chakras that Hinduism places in different parts of the body human exerting different effects: White represents harmony and balance, magenta health and blood circulation, orange is the color of creativity, yellow the color of intellect and perception, green corresponds to the balance of feelings, blue has a calming effect and is the color of communication and violet deals with spiritual awareness, ego and self-knowledge.

And of course, the color is everything as far as clothing is concerned. We have all verified, time and time again, that usually, almost without realizing it, we tend to dress in those colors that reflect our mood or our circumstances... When we feel happy we choose colorful pieces like yellow, red or orange... and when we feel sad or low on energy we choose darker shades like grey, brown or black. The interesting thing is to know how to use the colors of our clothes to find balance and harmonize those factors that are already present.
